  • Q: What is your return process?

    A: At Indooroopilly Golf (IGC) , we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent.     IGC policy on returns and refunds is outlined under the Australian Consumer Law:

    Q: I’ve changed my mind. Can I get a refund?

    A: Consumer guarantees do not apply for change of mind.

    You can ask for a replacement or refund if the problem with the product is major.

    Replaced products must be of an identical type to the product originally supplied. Refunds should be the same amount you have already paid, provided in the same form as your original payment.

    The business may take into account how much time has passed since you bought the product considering the following factors:

    • type of product

    • how a consumer is likely to use the product

    • the length of time for which it is reasonable for the product to be used

    • the amount of use it could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the failure becomes noticeable.

    Q: My product has a fault or is incorrect. What can I do?

    A: If your purchased item is defected or has been sent incorrectly, we will organise a return pick-up at our expense.

    In circumstances deemed reasonable, the shipping costs for an item to be returned is at the consumers expense.

  • Q: What are the postage options?

    A: Standard Postage via Australia Post as well as pick and collect options are available.

    Q: What days do you dispatch goods?

    A: Shipping will be dispatched from Brisbane on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s via Australia Post (Standard Shipping).

    Q: I want to pick the product up from the Golf Shop at Indooroopilly Golf Club. What do I need to know?

    A: Pick and Collect will be available between Mon-Fri 10am - 4pm. Please call 07 37212121 with your approximate arrival time.

    You will be asked to show your order confirmation and ID.

  • Give the Gift that gets it right, every time. Gift cards are not available through the Indooroopilly Golf Shop online at this point.

    Q: Where can I use my Gift Cards ?

    A: Gift cards can be redeemed for product in the Golf Shop at Indooroopilly Golf Club.

    Q: What can I purchase with my Gift Card?

    A: You can purchase any product available in the Indooroopilly Golf Shop including clothing, clubs, shoes and other golf accessories.

    Gift cards cannot be redeemed for rounds of golf or other Club services such as Food and Beverage.
